Ever had one of those days where it feels like the whole world is picking on you?

Does anyone else have those occasional days/weeks where it feels like everyone you speak to is picking on *you*? Wonder why that is....

If people are picking on you then its only because you are letting them do so.

for sure! when that happens i am a firm believer in creating your own luck. for example, if you trip and fall in front of people and its incredibly embarrassing (on top of everything else that has happened that day) just laugh. if you start laughing first then others will just keep walking and forget about it. whatever happens just remember, its not the end of the world, eventually things will get better. In the meantime, stay away from sharp objects and have fun!

Yeah, I've been going through that and don't get why. I try my best to get along with people but can be a little reserved at times. I try not to slag anyone off or hurt others but I still get shat on. I think we all feel like that but some of us are more sensitive than others.

This is often a result of "personalization".  Thinking that other people's rude or inconsiderate comments are about you.  The opposite is true.  Usually peoples rude and inconsiderate comments are about them and they are often times telling you about their own insecurities when they say certain things.  

Sometimes it helps to take a step back and look at the life of the person who said something hurtful to you.  Then try and see what their comment said about them and what they are going through now.

I do seem to be having one of those kinda months!!. maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me, but i really think I have some sorta sign on my head that says" s***w with me today"..what a bummer.

you'll get revenage with a smile, this guy tried pushing in on me today i said to him " mate this is the line, do you want to push in?" as I offered him my spot...he backed off and went red...i smiled

Naw just my kids driving me up the wall!!!! I'm on my way back up the stairs now to wipe up water from the sink that my 2 year old had running for 5 minutes.

It seems to be the story of my life especially when I'm around my mum. She likes nothing better than picking on me. :-(
