Ever had someone tell you that your idea or taste is not good but then they copy the exact same thing?

What could that be? Is that leaning more towards jealousy? I would like some opinions and how can I go about telling this person how annoying that is.

Yeah that is totally jealousy without a doubt!! Fear of a friends success or brain too. Usually close friends do that on my part, because they'll be hanging around the one with the glory and they can't take it.
