It is basicaly water, good ol' H20, but somehow it is altered so that it becomes combustible. I'm not sure on the specifics, but It was discovered long ago (years, decades, a century?) I believe by some welder in Japan or Korea or someplace on the other side of the Earth (I'm not good with geography). So obviously it is good for welding; that's what it was made for. You can buy machines that create this Brown's Gas just like you would pick up a new welding torch at Home Depot. It's much bigger than that of course and I'm not sure where you could get one, but the tech. is out there. I was amazed to find out that people can already create a system that uses this gas as an additive to their conventionaly gas powered car. Oh did I mention that the final product (what comes out your tail pipe) is regular water? If you're only using this as an additive well you will still have the regular gas emissions, but why can't this be used solely to fuel cars? (e-mail r2u1s1h2@hotmail.com)
