Ever heard of Diameter Resource, GmbH?

Has anyone heard of Diameter Resource, GmbH? I was offered a job processing payments for them (receive check, deposit and send it on to them). Who do i find out if there are legit? The following is their info:

ok.  diameter gmbh is a huge scam.  i talk to them through emails and now they have my adress and are sending me checks.  i never gave them my adress.  they sent me a check from some guy in a bogus envelope so i contacted the persons whos name was on the check and they had closed the account that the check was written from due to fraud.  well to make a long story short its a total scam.  i have reported them to the local police and the FBI because they do send threats via email when you dont do what they want you to.  so i hope i answered you clearly enough.
