  1. My dentist had a problem with his 7 year old son. What it did was make feel little things when he had to go to the bathroom. He said that his son doesn't feel those sinsations when he has to go. He took it for 6 months and it did solve his problem. Don't know about side effects.

    Yes, it works - but only for as long as the kid carries on taking it. Though sometimes that's enough, if it's the stress from bedwetting causing more bedwetting...

  5. Use the bedwetting alarm first before you try medications....it worked for us, like a charm!!!!! (and believe me, I was not looking forward to waking up in the middle of the night when the alarm went off, but a few nights of interrupted sleep was SO WORTH THE LONG TERM results)

  6. It is called Desmopressin.  My stepson got it when he was twelve and came to live with us.  It did not have any side effects on him, but every child is different.  Ask your doctor because it does need a prescription.
