Ever heard of hog brains and eggs fried??

your a wimp and never had to survive by your own hand..

Or grow a garden or milk a cow..or dress out a deer or chicken... Dare you gut a fish??

i ate sheep`s brains...horse meat and sausage from horse intestines stuffed with horse meat and spices...YUMMY

Hmm, I guess if I were starving to death I'd eat brains.  But as of now, I think I'll go for just the eggs, thanks.

My mom owned a restaurant before I was born and one of her daily specials was a brain sandwich with a bowl of chili.

She mixed the brains with eggs and cracker crumbs and fried them into patty shape.
