Ever heard of "Mothers without borders?"?

Recently I came across this what appears to be amazing humanitarian non profit organization and I was wondering if anybody has experience with them?

Looking for an insiders perspective :)

I've never heard of it.

The volunteer part is something I would be interested in, but if you look, you have to pay to volunteer....
