Ever known any teenager to smoke crack in high school?

Question

i'm just curious. i know that teenagers experiment with drugs/drinking; but, are they smoking crack/speed, etc. in the high school age bracket???

and, do you personally know of someone(s) who has?

I knew a couple kids who had, but I was never friends with them.

I was smart enough to just stay away from them.

If you're around crack and speed, there is a good chance you'll be trying it.

Coke was more "in" than crack in my high school age.

A couple of my relatives actually quit school because of the drugs. They were doing coke and speed, smoking weed. A couple of my friends as well, even though they graduated, nothing was ever the same. Kids will do what they can get away with.

Class of 2010

When I was a freshmen and maybe during my early year of 10th grade I've seen students talk about how cool they think smoking illegal stuff etc... was. Many of them have been caught or suspended, best thing to do is not encounter or be under any type of influence by them.

yea i saw this guy i knew from grade school

(he's about 16/17 now)

and i saw him get arrested over the summer for having some drugs and shizz

but I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS.... IT RUINS LIVES

Maybe my high school is just really bad or something but I was under the impression that all high schools had druggies... They always stand out past the sidewalk of the school doing their thing in the morning. It's not like we're in a bad neighbourhood, it's slightly above average but drugs are common here.

I once knew a guy who was addicted to crystal meth for about two weeks at the age of 17. He was already clean by the time I'd met him, but he said that he was staying with a friend whose mom sold it, so they would wake up every morning and do a gram each (a gram and a half is enough to kill you)
