Ever seen that meat on a skewered rotisserie?

...like in a greek or mex restaurant? What would the equiptment be called if you wanted to buy it commercially and what would the meat be called if you were to order it from someone...SISCO?

The Greeks cook chicken and lamb on the rotisserie vertically.  When you see it upright, it's a Gyro (lamb) or Donner (slabs of lamb) sometimes they make Chicken Gyro.  Gyro is similar to sausage or meatloaf in a way that it is a combination of meat and spices blended together then packed and shaped before placing on the spit.

    Also, do you mean Sysco?
