Ever sence I have received my Model926 Printer service tag # 692tsd1 serv.code 13609638613 I have had trouble with the display not giving me the English language. I talked to the service department by telephone, for seems like a couple of hours and we got cut off. I didnot try to contact him again as I didnot know his name. Pleas help me if you can.
