Ever since I replace my motherboard to MS9087c it...

Question

Is kinda weird everytime I insert a CD or play games or just watch movies it freeze up on me I pretty much change everything because I test out all the hardware on other motherboard it works fine only on MS9087c am running a P4 3.0gig with 1gig ram OS is window XP with AGP 256mb video card. I really need help on this can someone explain to me why my PC keep freezing. Thank you and more power to you guys hope you guys can solve my problem thank you again.
