Ever since I started using Stridex pads...I notice more whiteheads?

Could this be from dry skin and if I use moisturizer will they go away? It's only in the cheek/side of my nose area where I mostly used the Stridex pads. Will this cuase a huge breakout?

Stridex must not be compatible with your skin it probably irritates your skin.
