I never thought this dream would be possible for me but now I'm beggining to think I should give myself a chance. The only problem is that I'll be turning 30 soon and I don't want to waist time.

I need advice.

What should I do first, how much time do I have and is this possible?

I would love to compete at least once in my life.

  1. If you really want to do somthing it's not waisting your time it's persuing your dream do what you've always wanted to do no matter how long it takes OF CORSE IT"S POSSIBLE you just have to put your mind to it look up ballroom dancing studios or dance studios in your area and ask if they do adult ballroom dancing and if they say yes then tell them you have never done it but would LOVE to compete they will teach you every thing you need to know and you'll be ballroom dancing competitively as soon as you know it

  2. It's never too late to compete in ballroom dancing. There are people that compete until they're 80, so look at it this way, you've got 50 years to go :D I would suggest finding a good private ballroom dancing studio (not one of the chain ones like Fred Astaire, they're c**p, look on google for studios in your area), and when you find one, discuss with the instructor what your goals are and where you'd like to be and they'll be able to help you start competing.

  3. Try looking for a local dance studio and take some lessons. Have fun and Enjoy!!!
