I used to be so healthy! Good eating habits no longer exist AND my workouts have completely stopped. I'm not overweight, but I must be the most obese skinny person ever - at this rate, I'm bound for an early death.
I got married in August to the love of my life (all 20 sum years of it) and I'm a full time student. Any ideas on how to gain some will power? I've been giving in each and every time.
For example, I had 4 big soft tacos yesterday for supper and I'm about to eat my second big bowl of icecream today... not to mention chips I ate all of last week...
I've gained 6 pounds since my wedding... that was in August!
