Ever since i changed the batteries for my new sky remote, it hasn't been able to control the problem?

all of the other controls on the remote work. can someone please help me? expecially sum1 who has had the same problem

You need to fit new batteries within a few minutes of taking out your old ones. Then It will retain the stored settings for operating your TV.

If you cant operate your TV's volume, you will just need to look up the code for your model of TV and reprogram the remote with it.
