I'm not on any meds, and never have been.

also, any suggestions how I can reverse this effect of depression, or does it slowly decay as your depression does?

  1. yes! especially so if you're on any meds for it. but even without meds, depression can make it hard to concentrate.

  2. It is normal I think. When I was depressed the same thing happened to me. It's because you can't explain how you're feeling to others because it's an unexplainable kind of pain and suffering no one could understand. So you think no one can understand anything you are going through- you think that no one can relate so we fumble over our words. It will go away as your depression does, so make sure you get the appropriate help. It's not worth feeling so lousy

  3. Actually, it is...for depression I mean. Its a symptom of loss of focus, concentration, etc. You have something on your mind and unlike a gumball machine, the words dont roll off your tongue. Its annoying, I know. Stress brings it on as well.
