Ever try to call customer service?

What ever happen to the days when you could call customer service and talk to someone? So many customer service related calls has been out sourced or computerized it is so darn annoying. Takes for ever to get any where and most the time you never get the answer or problem resolved even when you think you may have. What has been your worst nightmare with customer service calls?

Waiting for the longest to finally get someone on the phone to help you and then the person has a nasty attitude. I'm sure that's happened to many.
