yes it seems impossible sometimes focus on a fantasy without that person in it

I quit trying. You learn to live with someone else in permanent residence in your head.

Those people that refuse your advances fall into that category.

I know such a lady and when I  see her it starts all over again because I let her go and then I am reminded how much I wanted her and then I remember how she told me no and the cycle goes on and repeats and will repeat till one of us leaves town or dies.
