  1. any restaurant on the river walk has lots of bussiness so ther for im assuming you will make lots of tips. if you give a better service you might get more money.  Ã¢Â™Â¥

  2. Depending on your experience, I would try some of the nicer restaurants.  Maybe not exactly on the riverwalk either.  The Fig Tree or Little Rhein Steakhouse could be a place to start.  People who eat there, go knowing that they will need to tip well.  I would say that you could make a decent living working at a place like that.  It's been rumored that servers working at the higher end places make $50,000-$100,000 a year...

  3. There is no way to determine the "best" place to work on the Riverwalk.  Almost all of the restaurants down there do good business or they wouldn't be there.  The chain restaurants such as Hard Rock and Landry's would be a good place to start.  Tips are hard to estimate, too.   The prices are geared toward the tourists and that can work either for or against a server. Generally, I would guess you could clear a minimum of $175. Again it depends on how many tables you serve.  Good Luck. This is a beautiful city with lots of opportunity.
