I want to apply to the school,but I`m a foreigner.How high the grads I need?and if there is any rules for foreigners?

I suggest you visit their website for more information.

They have an ESL program there if you need assistance with language before you start.  I know that because I taught there.  However, it is separate from TESC; you don't get grades from TESC.  As a result, I don't know the exact requirements.  Do visit their website.
