Eversince i started daily 30 minute exercises, i am having insomnia and could not sleep. Why is that??

Eversince i started 30 minute cardio exercises on daily basis for 1 month now, i am having insomnia and could not sleep. I could only sleep if i drink a bottle of wine with 3 sleeping pills. Why is that??

  1. I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

    I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?



    I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might be using it and don't even know it!



    Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

    The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

  2. If you are using a treadmill, it could be from the EMFs it generates. Insomnia and other sleep disturbances are common with electrosensitivities.

  3. are you doing this exercise efore you go to bed if so this could cause the body to be energised and making you unable to sleep ..if not you should see the doctor im sure sleeping pills and wine are not ideal :S good luck x

  5. You are exercising too late before going to bed. Try to restrict exercise to before 7:00 p.m. After that you shouldn't exercise because your body will be too wired to go to sleep.
