Everstar HDIM 35 ice maker

Question

This ice maker quit making ice. It stays cold but makes no ice. The display lights on the back are all off, and the manual shows nothing about that. It was purchased at HomeDeopt about a year and a half ago.

I have the same Everstar 35 ice maker. It has quit making ice too. The water is running in and the light is on and it sounds like it is running but yeserday I noticed the ice was melting and not making any more to replace it. I bought mine from Home Depot last fall. Help please!
