  1. hiya this happened to my brother its the way you put the xbox that happens you cant lie it upwards it has to be flat on the floor.......

  2. Contact Microsoft and send it back...the laser that reads the disks is jacked and it will not fix itself...it will keep frickin' up your games.

  3. try taking your 360 apart and seeing what could be causing the scratch.
