Everton rebel, Steven Pienaar to be on his way out as early as January
Everton's want away South African midfielder, Steven Pienaar could potentially be on his way out of the club as early as January. That is of course if the rumours what rumours are suggesting after the player told that he wanted to win trophies and titles.
It has been reported that Inter Milan's manager Rafa Benitez and Tottenham's boss Harry Redknapp are both currently pursuing the prolific midfielder and are willing to sign him in as early as early as January.
Rafa Benitez is currently on the verge of being terminated as Inter's manager that is of course if he can't manage a miraculous turn around at the San Siro. The manager is currently contemplating just that and is strongly hoping that Pienaar can help his
succeed in doing just that.
However it Inter Milan are not the only suitors for the player, news has surfaced regarding the fact that Tottenham are also strongly pursuing the player as well. Harry Redknapp has reportedly been a long term admirer of the player and is willing to offer
him an escape chance to join him at the White Hart Lane, if he chooses to do so. That way can still compete in the English Premier League wants to.
Pienaar currently has the option of joining two teams that are both in contention for the Champions League, however the player must decide if he wishes to start all over again in Italy or continue to playing in England.
On the other hand, Everton are almost certain to lose out on one of their prized assets. With the midfielders contract set to run out in the summers he might be allowed to leave the club for as low as four million pounds, which is close to nothing considering
the fact that the player could have been sold for as much as twelve million this past summer.
That being said the ultimate decision lies in the hands of Pienaar himself to decide what he wants to do in the near future and that is why everyone will have to sit back and wait till January to see how this story unfolds.
