David Moyes waited until the centre backs 17th birthday to make the deal official.
The youngster revealed he was overjoyed to have finally signed for a Premier League side, he said while speaking to reporters, "It feels really fun. When I moved to England last summer, I knew it would happen, but it was not signed until now. I am truly

Julio Arca wishes to stay at Middlesbrough
Julio Arca will be out of contact at the end of this season and the 30 year old revealed he would prefer to stay at Middlesbrough if the side offered him a new contract.
He said while speaking to reporters, "I am of course interested to stay at Middlesbrough and am happy to open talks with the club about a new contract. It would be great to be here for the next two of three seasons and to hopefully help the club to get back
to the Premier League which is what the manager and the chairman want."
However, Middlesbrough boss http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tony-c35440 Mowbray already went on to say that he did not feel the club would be able to afford the midfielder. Even though Arca has been excellent ever since Mowbray took over the club, the new Middlesbrough manager feels the player
is too old and his wages too high.
This is why the club is hesitant in offering him a new deal. It is suspected that even if a new deal is offered it won’t be a long term deal, which will see the player leaving the next season.
Arca was confident he still had a lot to offer to his side, referring to his recent performances under Mowbray. He revealed his was in a decent form and had some time before he would consider retirement.
He continued, “My form has improved since the new manager came here, we play passing and attacking football now which suits my style of play. I am enjoying training and I am really enjoying playing football again, I think that I am getting close to my best
form again.”
The former Sunderland midfielder has had offers from the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wolves-c40952, West Brom and Wigan; all Premier League sides. Arca admitted if he had to make a move away from Middlesbrough he would like to remain in England, having played there for over the last
