  1. Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, that got rid of my back pain completely.

  2. lay flat on your back and bend your knees up while your feet are flat on the ground

  3. Your mattress could be too soft or too firm....which is not providing enough support to certain areas of your back causing the pain.  If you can't replace the mattress anytime soon, I suggest stretching when you wake up.  Stand up, raise your arms above your head and bend your back over to the left and to the right.  Also, you can do some torso twists to loosen up your back.  If the pain persists, you might want to see a chiropractor in case you have some issues with your spine...like a slipped disc or something.

  4. Cut out the doggy style with the hubby would help

  5. See a chiropractor or get a new mattress. You can do exercises on one of those bouncy round exercise balls too.

  6. New mattress or flip it.??

  7. It's probably your mattress. Just trying stretching your back (bending over, reaching above your head). I have the same problem but can't afford a new mattress just yet. I do these stretches AFTER I take a hot shower in the morning. For me, it makes a major difference.
