Every night when i go to bed, my left upper outer thigh goes numb...?

Question

it feels like the blood going through my veins is vibrating and it gets kind of hot and exctremely numb.

is something wrong with me!??!

you might have a pinched nerve or MS (probably not) but go see a dr.

sounds like the way you are laying is pinching a nerve.  You may have to find a new "favorite" position to sleep in.  It would also be a good idea to see a chiropractor as they could probably see if something is out of place causing the pinched nerve as you lay down.

it could be repition of things. i know a lady whos wrists go numb at night, and shes a cashier for a living. so everyday when shes works she has wrist braces so that her wrists wont hurt, it supports her wrists in a positive way. but next time your in to see your doctor i would mention it to him/her.

Probably RLS. Then again, it could be a simple cramp. lol. The next time you see your doctor, if this problem persists, ask him about it.

yes you have a pinched nerve. In what position do you sleep? If you sleep on your side, put a pillow between your knees so that your hips are aligned and not pinching nerves. If you sleep on your back, put a pillow under your knees to raise them up a bit and take pressure off your spine.

You probably have a pinched nerve in your lumbar spine (your lower back).  Best to see a specialist or a chiropractor about this!

are you an athlete? Or have you started doing exercise that you haven't done for awhile? If so, it's your muscle trying to adjust to these new movements, make sure you stretch before exercising. If none of the above applies you should definitely go see a doc. Good luck!

are you overweight?  are you active throughout the day... it could be lack of circulation... I would tell a doctor it cold something serious like a clogged artery.
