Every once in a while i feel like my baby is twitching or something it last for about 10 to 30 seconds ?

is this normal its hard to explain it but kinda feels like i can feel her sucking her thumb or something by the way im 33 weeks and been feeling this off and on for like 6 or so weeks

Hiccups!  It's a sign that your babies lungs are starting to prepare their selfs.

Funny, isn't it? I got this with both of my pregnancies and actually witnessed it while it was happening during an ultrasound at 36 weeks. It hiccups. GOOD LUCK
