  1. Well, here's what I would enjoy eating at a game party:

    1.  Gourmet cheeses with artisan crackers

    2.  Chicken tenders, both buffalo style and teriyaki

    3.  Hot artichoke dip with blue corn tortilla chips

    4.  Colossal Prawns with cocktail sauce and lemon

    5.  Salami rollups:  peppered salami spread with cream cheese and rolled around a cornichon.

    6.  Spinach dip in a sourdough bread bowl (I love the recipe on the Knorr Vege Soup package)

    7.  Pate and mushroom brie on baguette slices

    8.  Lasagne (the cheesier the better)

    9.  French bread pizzas

    10.  Salads:  spinach, macaroni, pasta, and potato

    11.  Lil Smokies in barbecue sauce

    12.  Meatballs in a bread bowl with marinara and parmesan

    13.  Enchiladas

    14.  Egg Rolls, chow mein, sweet and sour pork

  2. ''BALLS OF A SKOPJAN GIRL''.

    GREAT DISH.

  3. make a bunch of appetizers and then people can just grab something and talk and mingle.

  4. Try dips and biscuits.  You can get dips at most supermakets

  5. I serve...

    Submarine sandwiches

    pasta salad

    potato salad

    green salad

    chicken wings

    snack chips and dip

    sodas

    beer

    wine coolers

    and that´s it...

    good luck...!!!!

  6. maybe do some hors d'oeuvres. Everyone likes to snack on those, and some spinach dip.

  7. This is a lot, but you'll get it anyway. You don't have to make them all.

Make 5 or 6 different kinds of nibbles:

    Fisk/shellfish:

    - Minitoasts with homemade tunasalad, topped with a strip of grilled squash

    - Minitoasts with shrimps, blended with a little mayonnaise and lemonjuice, topped with a whole shrimp

    - Little spears (toothpicks) with grilled lobstertail, grilled scallop and a piece fresh pineapple

    - Little spears (toothpicks) with garlic-grilled large prawns and fresh pineapple

    - Triangular pieces of toast (cut slice of bread in 4 diagonally) with crayfishsalad, topped with a grilled crayfishtail

    - Blinis with caviar and dill-cream

    - Rösti with smoked salmon, creme fraise and trout-roe

    Vegetables/vegetarian:

    - Cherrytomatoes filled with goats-cheese mixed with finely chopped red onion and black olives

    - Hummus as a dip – f.ex. with little rice crackers and raw vegetables sticks

    - Minitoasts with hummus, topped with a sprinkle of paprika

    - Minitoasts with a dollop guacamole, topped with 1/4 cherrytomato

    - Minitoasts with a dollop aubergine-dip, topped with a slice of pickled garlic

    - Hollowed out pieces of squash, ovenbaked with a piece of chorizo inside

    - Falaffel

    - Minitoasts with artichokecream, topped of with f.ex. a wedge of cherrytomato and/or slice of black olive

    - Cucumber cut in broard slices, hollowed out, filled with f.ex. chicken-mayonnaise-salad or ham-mayonnaise-salad (NOTE: salt in the salad will make the cucumber soft – so fill the cucumber at the last possible minute)

    - Minitoasts with olive-tapanade, topped of f.ex. with a slice of jalapeño

    Meat:

    - Chorizo on toothpick in a herb-crouton and with a grilled strip of bell-pepper

    - Minitoasts with paté, topped with a slice of cornichon

    - Minitoasts with good parma-ham, topped with a little piece of melon

    - Serrano ham spread with cream cheese, wrapped around date, mango or pineapple

    - Serrano ham, spread with cream cheese wrapped around a slice of pickled pumpkin

    Chicken:

    - Chickenwings

    - Chickenbreastfilet in stips, breaded with egg and shredded coconut, served with mango-chutney (maybe blended with fresh pineapple)

    - Saté-spear (chickenbreastfilet in stips, marinated in ketjap manis, grilled in the oven, served with peanut-chili sauce)

    Eggs

    - Devilled eggs

    - Scotched eggs (breaded eggs, baked)

    Ost:

    - Minitoasts with camembert-cheese and a grape

    - Minitoasts with brie and a strip of bell-pepper

    - Minitoasts with blue cheese with 1/2 a grape

    - Minitoasts with blue cheese blended firm with cream, topped with a sirup-walnut

    - Cheese-spear (toothpicks) with cheddar and emmenthaler, topped of with a whole grape

    - Homemade herbed cheese-spread with crackers

    - Small endive leaves with a dollop blue cheese, that has been blended with cream

    - Puff-pastry-twists with garlicbutter or cheddarcheese

    Sweet:

    - Chocolate layered cake canapees

    - Fruit spears (toothpicks)

    - Mini muffins, maybe with theme-frosting

  8. Make it themed. So if it's a football game, make a dip in a rectangular dish with carrots as the field goals, and a cucumber julienned as the field lines.

If it's basketball maybe you want to make little balls of something (chicken balls, rice krispie square balls, whatever) and make a sauce to dip that looks like a basketball hoop or net.

I don't know what sport/game it's based on, but even the regular stuff can be a little special if you figure out how to make it based on the theme.

    Best of luck,

    Go team go
