I rarely eat at mcdonalds (once every three months) but every time I go there, I order chicken or fries, I get some kind of headache or feeling of depression. I've never felt this way after eating any other kind of food. Is there something they put in there food that makes me feel this way?

  1. its because mcdonalds is disgusting!!

  2. Dont worry, it does that for everyone!

  3. Ok. It probably deep down inside your brain, reminded you of a past that was depressing. Talk to a shrink.

  4. it's probably in your head.  because you know you shouldn't be eating that greasy food.  just stop eating there and go to subway! :)

  5. i like what the first person said

  6. I get the same exact feeling, except it's with Wendy's (probably because we don't go there that often-- just like you don't go to McDonald's that often).

My theory is is that because your body hasn't had that hyper-processed and chemically-induced food for several months, it's literally getting overloaded (poisoned is too strong of a term) with all those unhealthy additives.

I ain't no doctor or nuthin' but that's what I think!

Alrighty then, I hope that help ya!

  7. its normal, well not a good normal, when you eat crappy foods, it makes you feel depressed to many people. Change your diet it's bad for you and you will feel better.

  8. yeah .... fast food just kinda does that sometimes.... its not really what they put in the food ...its just how your body reacts to it i guess

  9. I think it just may be guilt you associate with eating at the forbidden golden arches.

  10. your body is trying to tell you something. you should listen to it.

I have a similar reaction to mcdonalds. I don't consider it food.

  11. Yes, there's certain chemicals in Mcdonald's food that makes you feel depressed...but the fact you only eat there once every three months is good.

  12. then maybe you should stop eating at Mc Donald's completely

  13. High fat content in food is known to cause depression I think it has to do with suddenly having loads of fat in your body at the same time when your not used to it.
