  1. Take a deep breath. Now, the problem is that it is in the registry. The only way you are going to get rid of this persistent bad boy is to reboot into safe mode. From there you can use whatever spyware/malware tool you like and you should have quite a bit more success than trying to clean when boot into the full windows os. Good luck.

  2. Googled "Adware.RogueSuspect" turned up a walkthrough for someone that had your exact same problem, whos had it resolved.  I won't take credit for someone else's work, so here's the link.

  3.   Also once you get it out, purge your System Restore and run a defrag while System Restore is turned off.  Thhis will remove any of the stuff that system restore may have saved and it will save some of the trojans and c**p they have going around now. That is why when you get rid of them and then turn the computer back on they are back.

  4. Try to delete temporary internet files and check for spyware and adware.

  5. Your computer is infected with rogue software. Download and run rogue antispyware removal tool from http://www.spywaregeeks.com to remove the rogue software from the computer.

  6. it has a backup program! scan with a dedicated anti-spyware to destroy the backup! by the way if you haven't got an anti-spyware dont delete the virus, just keep it in the virus vault!

  7. Download the following free removal programs:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Removes Antivirus 2008/2009/XPAntivirus and many more:

    http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant...

Download, install, update and select Quick Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

    Spybot S&D:

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...

Download, install, update and Immunize, then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'

  8. Download Spybot S&D:

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index...

    And AdAware:

    http://lavasoft.com/

Both should sort that adware better than AVG, which is frankly c**p for anything but actual viruses.
