Question:

Every time I try to update/delete my credit card info to pay my for Yahoo services I get this error??

I keep getting the following message:

"An error has occurred

The system is currently unavailable. Please try again later. (15)"

This has gone on for several weeks now. I've tried changing my payment method and I get this error. I've tried deleting the card and I get this error. It happens in both the Small Business service area and the Yahoo Wallet area. I tried to find an e-mail address for Yahoo so that I can let them know about the problem, but haven't been able to find one yet. I also can't call the phone number they give because I'm online way after those times (usually midnight to 4 am)... If I can't change it soon, they'll be charging the services to a debit card that has a zero balance now and I'll have my services turned off when they can't receive payment. What do I do??

  1. go to http://wallet.yahoo.com


  2. 1st think to do is go to your bank and have your debit card hot listed.   This will prevent yahoo from charging your account.   The bank will issue a new card.    If it was of those prepaid debit Visa/MasterCard cards, yahoo should not be able to charge them.  You can also call the prepaid debit company and close that account,   If it is a Visa/MasterCard gift card,  they will not or should not be able to charge the card at all.
