Every time i do the splits (not the middle but the other ways) my knee bends?

how do i fix this? its driving me crazy! im a figure skater btw. thx!

  1. Oh my god! i know how you feel!! I had the same problem about a year ago. What i did was I started doing them against the walls in my room.  Get a chair and hold it like a barre and try to do you split standing up while pushing against the wall. Good luck!


  2. don't do that type of splits anymore.

  3. practice practice practice

    concentrate when you do it

    review other figure skaters performances and see what and how they do it

    can you get a coach to help you?
