Feel your testicles and see if there are bumps on them. If so you should really see a doctor. If not I would see a doctor anyway because who like searing pain in their testicles.

Depending on how many times you m********e a day/week, you could be completely draining your testicles, making it very painful to m********e. Give masturbating a rest for a while, keep yourself hydrated, etc. and see if that helps. If you still experience pain, go see a doctor just to make sure you're fine. Hope this helps.

It sounds like you've run the well dry and you need to give that thing a rest.  You don't tell us your frequency habit, but you may need to cut back for a while.  

If you don't m********e excessively, you may have a mild case of testicular torsion.  See your doctor and he can help you correct this problem.
