I'm gonna guess that she likes you. I did the same thing to my fiance, when we were in high school. I was young and insecure. I thought, "He will never like me. I'm too fat and have zits." Teenage girls always think these things, even when we look great. In fact, the prettier the girl, the more she frets about her looks and tries to be perfect.

The fact that she makes eye contact is important. Eye contact is the number one sign of interest in another person. The fact that she comes back says she's definitely interested. If she has the option to avoid you and she doesn't, she probably likes you and doesn't know how to let you know. If you like her, you should casually try to talk to her. Don't be intimidated if she runs off at first. She might play the old stupid hard to get routine, but if you like her and she's scared, you'll  have to make the first move... Or you can just do what my fiance did and wait 13 years for her to make the first move (sigh).
