Every time i try to make a call from my cell, it says network unavailable but i have 4 bars. whats wrong?

i've only had the phone for like 2 weeks and its worked here up until now.

Hmm...good question. I dunno but my advice is just get a new phone or ask the phone people about it. That's what I would do.

Try taking the battery out for a few minutes, and put it back in.

OR:

Just give it a few minutes... my phone does that alot and it dissapears in the next 5 minutes or so..
