Every time i try to start a diet, i always get side tracked?

how can this stop? im 5'8 1/2 and weigh 175 , and it kinda shows.

also how do i stop snacking constantly?

good workouts?

  1. you just have to find the motivation...once you go for 2-3 weeks dieting and exercising, you'll start seeing results...and, trust me, from that time on you'll never get side tracked!!! i was exactly like that...i exercised a couple of days, but whenever someone mentioned "cold stone" i would forget about the diet and everything..but i became so tired of carrying all that extra weight and not being my size that i decided it was time for a change...i spent 3 weeks going to the gym 5 days a week, and when i had huuuge cravings i allowed myself 1 ice cream per week...but i exercised a lot...every day i started thinking about excuses not to go to the gym or to eat something delicious, i just started thinking about other things and dragged myself to the gym...ever since i started seeing results and people started telling me i looked more thin, it has been a lot easier...now, everytime a "cold stone" thought enters my mind, i just say "why should i waste an entire week of dieting and exercising just for an ice cream?"...you have to forget about everything for 2-3 weeks and do everything right...as soon as you see results, it will be a piece of cake...good luck!
