Every time i try to use my webcam on yahoo messenger it says yahoo has encountered a problem and must close?

so it closes my yahoo messenger and i have no way of using my webcam i need to know how to fix this problem

  1. ok the web-cam does not work, because your web-cam has bad files. Realy your web-cam is no good to yahoo, but may work with another sites.
