I don't know Paypal and she may be asking as a way to promo something in a signature line or something but she has to be also answering questions or she would not have points available to spend on asking.    Some ppl are just more active in the YA community.   I suppose an equally good question might be why are you concerned for or about this, is it creating some kind of problem to you or ????   NOt putting you down just wondering why the amount of someone else's on line activity would be a concern.
