  1. I actually liked the race. Considering I am a Jamie fan and he is getting all the flack for 'Wrecking' Jr, I think it was a good race other than that section of it. I loved the thing between Kyle and Juan, I think Juan was wrong but I cant wait to see what is going to happen later in the year between those two. The rain kind of sucked but I saw it coming, and it was great for Kurt to win even though he got booed.

  2. It Sucked.

  3. I hate rain delays!!!

Loved JPM's interview at the end

"Did u do it on purpose??"

Well yeah I did it on purpose!!!!

    teehee...

  4. I thought it was a good race I wish Jr would of held on to the lead longer but he didn't and the wreck with him and Mcmurray well mcmurray's spotters should of warned him but hey that's racing and sh*t happens and the JPM and Kyle thing well they were going at it for a while so who knows what really was going thru their heads but they will take care of it themselves I'm sure they are big boys!! and finally I'm glad that Kurt Busch won so Congrats to him and his fans!!

edit: also congrats to Elliott Salder on a 5th place finish today good job!!

  5. I'll throw out some positive for my fellow Kasey Kahne fans:

At least he didn't fall out of the top 12 like they said he did after that spin. :)

Other than that...well, I really don't want to go into a gigantic rant about the race.

  6. Kurt Busch fans - Happy

    Kyle Busch fans - upset

    Dale Jr. fans - upset

    Jamie McMurray fans - sad

Jeff Burton fans - We'll take it

Tony Stewart fans - Upset that yet another one slipped away

Juan Pablo fans - nevermind, there is no such thing (well, not until today of course :)

Michael Waltrip fans - Dying of happiness

JJ Yeley fans - surprised he didn't wreck and got a top 5 for like the first time in forever

NASCAR fans in general - Probably upset the rains came keeping us from seeing a great finish

  7. It was ok. At least it was not a predictable ending. I just wished Kenseth would have had a better finish.

  8. Hey, I HATED how the race ended. I can't stand when it ends under a red flag.  I thought the first half of the race was really boring and I was excited to see the drama between JPM and Kyle.  JPM is so funny how he was so honest about it.  Jamie, whew what can I say, just s**y!  Of course I was pretty bummed Dale Jr got in a little wreck :-(   I was thrilled Mikey Waltrip finished 2nd.  He's such a sweet guy and it was nice to see him get a good finish, regardless of how it came.

On a side note I can't believe Greg Biffle signed a 3 year contract.  He's such a talented driver and I feel like a lot of times he's driving junk.  Seems like everytime he's in contention for a win something happens, generally no fault of his own.

    Happy Racing!

  9. It was great humor, that's all I can say.

    (sorry Tony)

  10. Another classic example of the COT not being competitive on an awesome track. It was obviously a track position-mileage race-nobody could pass anybody  once they got up to speed.

McMurray running into Jr was nothing more than a racing deal.

Thanks to NASCAR, the Montoya/Shrub thing should have been settled behind or in a racing trailer.Like it used to be done on Saturday nights.

Montoya better get his c**p together-him dumping Shrub was definitely Busch  league.

  11. I am literally sick about. I feel so terrible for Tony. That interview @ the end. I could have cried and then that goofy Kurt is calling his win before the race was called. So not fair.

    Thanks for letting me vent.

  12. kurt busch won.

all the rest is just noise, raining down on kurt's parade, so to speak.

congrats to kurt, my other "brother." ;-)

  13. --really, really, wet, and downright dangerous watching this race during a severe thunderstorm. Loudon didn't get the brunt of it like we did. during post-race interviews--we were yelling hurry up, hurry!!!! we just couldn't shut the TV off! just when juan

montoya was being interviewed, a crash of lightening hit!! yikes, it was loud and darn near shook the house! the TV went black for a second, but we still couldn't shut it off. it wasn't the greatest ending to a race--but all the drama was a bit funny--but seriously, weather-wise

this belt was heading straight for them. they made the right decision.
