I don't know why people are saying that f***y means bum? In England it means a womans front bottom (v****a).

I've never heard of f***y-bag but I would say like everyone else that it is a bag you wear around you're waist. You see them on people who own market stalls and that is where they store their money.

In England, we'd call that kind of bag a bum-bag.

In UK, f***y doesn't mean your rear...it means a woman's genitals!  So a crew called f***y pack would certainly cause some giggles :-)
