Uh, that team isn't that good. Too much Earthquake, and Blissey wasn't meant for Baton Pass or U-Turn. With Metagross, a simple Skarmory spells certain doom. Gengar lacks hypnosis, a high point in it's movepool. Garchomp + Giga Impact = Bad move. harzard doesn't need earthquake. Simple as that. Dragon Pulse and Outrage is kind of dumd as well. Gyrados won't last long with a moveset like that. Blissey seems to be a little confused as to what it's doing out there in the field.
