  1. whatever you feed them make sure theres alot of water to help the food go down...

  2. Most feed stores carry a starter grower that is a crumble that will work fine until they get about 5 to 6 months old and then you can feed them a scratch feed or a Layer pellet

  3. Well,No-one should just buy a animal at not know what to feed them, that is just plain STUPID,they need to be fed,a chick or duckling starter, making sure they always have water. If they are being used for egg's,at about 6mnths put them onto a layers pellet/mix,which you can buy from any good, animal feed store/tack shop.

DO NO feed them bread,it is no good for them, and can make the ill.

And please think before you buy a living animal and you dont know how to look after it.

  4. experiment ??:O

what you need to get is a bag of food called "chick-crumbs" or it might be called something different called chick-started or duck-starter

You need to ask the manager os someone who works at the feed store what is the right stuff just to be sure . .  But if you can get a bag called chick-crumbs. . that is right =)

what kind of food do you actually have if it is duck grower or duck layer pellets that will NOT be suitable as the pieces will be to big and will choke your ducklings also the ingredients will not be suited for their little bodies. .

if you can't get the chick-crumbs or duck/chick starter for a few days . .  you can give them scrambled egg mixed with bits of warmish wet bread. but only for  FEW days . .  you must get the chick-crumbs ASAP!!

also do NOT give young duckling lots of water they will sit in it all days and get too cold and wet  and get hypothermia and also drown little duckling cannot keep their temperatures regulated until their feathers come. . . .

    also keep your ducklings WARM!!
