Question:

Everyone thinks i am anorexic when i am not!!?

People think i don't eat and it annoys me becuase they say that im anorexic, but i do eat, i eat 2 meals everyday (lunch and supper) i dont eat breakfast because my body wont let me eat before 10 am and i dunno why.

what can i say to make them believe me ? because im not underweight or anything like that

i am 5 foot 2 and 107 pounds

i dont have a problem with food but i dont no how to prove it to them becuause i eat infront of them and they say stuff like 'is this the first time you have eaten this week and stuff like that and i duno what to do!!

when i say everyone i mean family friends and doctors.

OH MY GOD!!!! the same thing happens to me all of the time, my brothers and sisters say it all the time and they told all of my aunts and uncles that i am anorexic however i eat 3 meals a day and one snack but i do eat extremly healthy but this doesnt mean i am anorexic. and i am 5 foot 2 and weigh 105 so we are like the exact same!!!!!!!!! i think you should start eating a snack or a small breakfast. but in my opinion you have nothing to prove!


  2. Eating 2 meals a day is extremely unhealthy.

    It dosen't seem like your eating enough

    Try eating 6 meals a day.

    Your family and doctors are probably right, you should be eating more.  

  3. Eat something little in the morning to try and get your body used to eating breakfast. Unless you ABSOLUTELY can't eat in the morning.. And if your family and friends call you anorexic, that just means they are insecure.  

  4. Hey girl its fine. I'm 5'4'' and weigh 90 pounds, I just dont eat fatty things , I eat healthy things. Tell them you dont like being told that your anorexic. It really hurts you to hear that from them.  Anorexic means you eat little or nothing at alll.

    today i ate like a cup of mini wheats,  like maybe a cup of rice iwht chicken spinach susage, and then vegetable chips, like 4 mand ms a oreo cookie, 2 little tablets of dark choclate *, peanut butter sandwhich.. the one you like melt then dip" alot of blueberries and strawberries, pomegranate/ acai juice and alot of water. Pretty much healthy besides the oreo XD So I eat, you eat. were not Anorexic.
