  1. DONT BE SCARED!

im in Fsu working my little butt off because of a cheerleading scholarship and you wouldn't believe what they have us do.

if you have a trampoline practice on that.they save you life when you learn a new stunt

  2. DONT BE SCARED! It's totally okay!

    When you full remember:

    1) When they go down, pull your arms up.

    2) When they pop you, look all the way over your shoulders, and keep your arms to the side you are looking (kep them glued to your side until you catch)

    3) Try not to be scared when you do it, because if you are scared you could hurt your stunt group. Or yourself.

    4) Remember that there's really nothing to it. The advice my coach gave the flyers on my team was to just twist. Simple as that.

After you learn how to single, a double is just a single with more power.

  3. I'm not sure if you mean full as in fully extended all the way up there stunts, or full as in twisting down.  Someone else gave advice on the second so I'll talk about the first.

    Stay TIGHT.

Trust your bases and let them balance you. _If_ you fall, remain tight and don't flail around. That makes it all the harder to catch you.

When you load in for the stunt, look up at  a spot on the wall or horizon. Keep looking at that spot as they put you up, and don't stop looking at it until you dismount.

Remember, it's only a couple of feet higher than a half. You can do this!

    Good luck!
