Yes. go for it. The price very cheap, take it as your future investment. I bought 3 bedrooms, it was sold as it is too. It cost me a lot more than yours. It 's in Chicago, it will be a good investment.

Yuck, sounds like alot of work for $40 grand. The housing market is c**p right now so finding a decent house isn't very hard....

If it's on the near-north side of Flint, Michigan...No way in "hot places"

If it just east of Malibu, California...Let ME know, I'll buy it.

There is a home on Chicago's near-north side, similar in description to yours for $45,000 in a fairly nice neighborhood.

I reckon I'd go for it if I were you. Make an offer for $10, 000 and negotiate a lower price...it's a "buyer's market"
