Everything on my computer screen is showing up very small. How do I make everything bigger

Everything was normal until my daughter crawled on top of my keyboard. I have No idea how she changed everything!

follow these steps.

Start- Control Panel- Appearance an Themes-Change Screen Resolution

and then under Screen Resolution decrease the size of the screen to like 1024x768

Assuming that the resolution got changed, go to Start, Control Panel, Display, Settings, and then drag the resolution slider to 800x600 or 1024x768, whatever your preference (it partially depends on what kind of monitor you have, so if those don't work then just play around with the slider until you find your old settings - if you see a black screen that says "Cannot display this video mode," then don't freak out, just hit the enter key).

Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Properties.

The window that opens will have a settings tab at the top. Click that.

There is a slider toward the bottom left of that tab that lets you change the resolution of the screen. The lower the numbers, the bigger your icons and text will be.

You might have to try a couple to find the one you like.

i take it your menu bar is still there,

view > text size > larger or largest choose what suits you...
