Everytime I come home from my moms, I get Sick, why is that?

I've been staying with my mom this summer, and when i go to my real house to visit, I get sick and go back to my moms to recover. I Don't know why i get sick, my dad says its because so much stress at my real house. My dad re-married last year with 3 kids, so when i go home to my real house, theres like 6 kids in the house running screaming. Do you think its stress that makes me sick?
