This has been going on for more than 6 months now. It is persistent and has not eased up over time. Thinking that it was a sinus infection I have taken sudafed and this does not seem to be working. I don't think I have inflamed sinuses and I don't have

trouble breathing at all. I take tylenol and this seems to help with the headaches but only temporarily. When coughing or sneezing the top left portion of my head hurts. It doesn't matter whether I'm standing upright, bent over, or laying down. Does anyone know what this could be? What remedies I can try to get rid of this?

  1. It would be your sinuses.  Go see an ENT specialist and they can have a look in there with their special little camera and CT Scan.  They'll fix you.

Meanwhile forget the sudafed.  Give yourself steam inhalations - just boiled water in a bowl,  your head over the bowl and a towel over your head.  Breathe the steam in deeply for five minutes.

Also increase your intake of omega 3 oils as these improve the health of mucous membranes.

    Drink lots of water.
