  1. I had a similar problem with fatty milk.  I switched to skim milk for everything and haven't had a problem since.  It just sucks that the best chocolate milk is like 2% fat!  You might be lactose intolerant as well.  There are different levels of that.  Some people just can't drink milk, but can eat ice cream and cheese.  Some people are the other way around.

  2. You are lactose intolerant. Avoid dairy products.

  3. It sounds like it means you shouldn't drink milk.

  4. I know everyone is saying this  but  Your lactose intolerant

Please stay warway from   dairy  products  such as milk and  Chese.

  5. maybe lactose intolerant

  6. Try drinking Lactaid and see if it causes you the same reaction. It is milk that is lactose-free.

An even better choice might be Silk, which is filtered soy bean juice with no dairy. It comes in vanilla and chocolate flavors. Since it is based on beans, it can cause some gas, and it also contains a lot of fiber and calories. Too much would cause you to gain weight, so drink it moderately.

It is known that soy is healthier for humans than dairy for several reasons. Pasteurized dairy milk has all of the digesting enzymes killed, which makes it very hard to digest and leaves you with very little nutritional value except the chemical vitamins added by the dairies. Much dairy milk also contains traces of antibiotics and hormones given to cows to increase milk quantity. Soy contains isoflavones, which are known to reduce risk to cancers.

  7. Well here's a thought don't drink or eat what makes ya want to vomit.....lol!!!!

  8. If it makes you feel so sick, why do you drink it "often" (your words, not mine)? You could be lactose intolerant or have an allergy to chocolate or have a problem handling sugar (like diabetes).  My guess would be lactose intolerance though. See if you have any of these symptoms (and see if drinking plain milk makes you feel the same way):

"Common symptoms are nausea, cramps, bloating, gas and diarrhea, which can begin between about 30 minutes to two hours after eating or drinking foods containing lactose. Many people who have never been diagnosed as lactose intolerant, or "lactase deficient," may notice that milk and other dairy products cause problems that do not occur when eating other foods. The severity of symptoms varies, depending on the amount of lactose each individual can tolerate."

  9. your lactose intolerant

  10. Your probably lactoseentolerant (however you spell that!) :D

  11. Sounds like lactose intolerance.  It tends to get worse as you get older.

  12. do you really like milk? maybe it is too creamy or you should change brands. or when you drink it, your throat is dry.

if you feel like your stomach swells or airy or you are experiencing flatulence, that means you are lactose intolerant.

  13. Do you feel the same way after eating a bowl of cereal?  I can eat cereal with milk of course, but if I were to just drink milk alone I would probably want to throw up.  I have no idea why, but I love me some chocolate milk!

But yea, you may be lactose intolerant.

  14. lactose intolerance?
